Information that we collect about you will only be used lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  Your details will be used purely to allow us to process your order promptly and to provide you with a high quality service.  We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given your consent.

Sake Availability:

SakeShop maintains accurate stock records, but occasionally we cannot guarantee immediate availability of all our Sake.  If we cannot supply your specified sake order we will inform you immediately and offer a different sake of equal or greater value than that ordered.

Refunds:

We accept returns and will refund where goods have not been opened or damaged.  You may return all or part of your order.  Shipping costs back to us will be at your expense, (unless the goods do not comply with statutory requirements).

Refunds will be paid as soon as possible within 30 days of safe receipt and inspection of the returned goods to us, however unfortunately we will be unable to reimburse the initial delivery charge.
