We have created this site because we have lived in Japan and have begun to understand just how special a drink sake can be. We have also bought sake in the UK and have been disappointed.

We believe there are people who are ready to experience the unique flavours and delights of high quality Japanese sake. Our aim is to bring this special range of Japanese sakes to our customers in the UK.

The Nozawa traditional"Sakura Gawa" sakes have been made by the same family for 13 generations. Brewing only takes place though the months of winter when the environmental conditions are optimal. So now you understand why THIS sake is so special.
